HOW OUR SERVICES WORK:
National Sports Photos provides our customers with flexible service options. We are sensitive to valuable practice times so we let YOU decide what option works best.
OPTION 1.
For parents and teams that want to purchase our custom action player posters and panoramic team poster we have developed a personalized service just for you.
"PRACTICE makes PERFECT" PHOTO DAY
Our "PRACTICE makes PERFECT" photo service was created to make it convenient and affordable for parents to order player prints and panoramic team prints at one time. The benefit of this personalized service is we come to your practice which saves you time and money. Practice allows for some awesome action shots! The best part is that teams can concentrate on practice while we get great photos. Our photographers focus their time photographing individual players in action. .
*This service package also includes a Custom Team Panoramic Poster.
*Free player button and magnet with purchase of player poster and/or Team print.
PRICES: 8x10 player poster $29.00 (save $10.00)
16x20 player poster $45.00 (save $14.00)
10x30 Team Panoramic Print *Prices vary based on volume $39 -$20/each
How to schedule our "PRACTICE makes PERFECT service
1. Contact our office at 952-401-9058
2. Schedule Practice date(s) *NO Photography FEE (minimum 7 orders per team)
3. NSP will provide team manager/coach with order forms 7-14 days prior to photo session. Parents will be able to order individual Player Posters (8x10 and 16x20) and/or Team Panoramic Poster (10x30) at discounted prices.
4. Day of Photo Session: Players should wear their game uniforms to make the posters look authentic. Players will hand in their order forms with Full Payment on photo day.
5. Team Panoramic photo is done before practice on the field. Allow 15 minutes.
6. Photographer photographs action images of individual players that have requested custom action posters. *The photographer is your personalized team photographer for the entire practice. If you want some extra shots let them know. We want to make this a fun and productive sports photo session.
7. NSP will select, edit and handcraft each player print and email parent their proof within 7-9 days. Panoramic Poster will be designed and proof emailed to coach/manage for final approval.
8. All Prints will be drop shipped to High School for distribution.
Option 2: Team Panoramic Poster only
1. Contact our office at 952-401-9058
2. Schedule Team Shoot Date: *Minimum of 7 poster orders. No photography fees.
3. NSP will provide team manager with Panoramic Team order forms 7-14 days prior to photos session. *Prices will vary depending on how many Posters ordered (from $39.00 to $20/each.)
4. Panoramic Poster will be designed and proof emailed to coach/manage for final approval. Prints dropped shipped to High School for distribution 7-10 days.
Option 3: Individual player posters. (Youth, High School)
1. Contact our office at 952-401-9058
2. NSP will come out to scheduled game or practice to photograph player(s) action photos.
3. Minimum of 5 player posters is required for our service. If less then 5 poster requests, we will charge a $75.00 Photography fee.
3. NSP Photographer will photograph selected players before or during practice. We can get the action photos we need in 20-25 minutes without disrupting practice time.
4. Poster proof(s) will be emailed to customer(s) for final approval and shipment. 7-10 days
OPTION 4: USE YOUR OWN PHOTOS!
Do you have a great photo that you want to make into a custom poster? Call us to so we can discuss your needs. After, you can simply email us your Jpeg image and we will work with you to create a truly unquie print. Images must be at least 1mb in size. The better the photo the better the print! Option 5: Tournament Action Posters and Team Photos (Youth)
